Como cliente potencial de La Vita Bella Soul Spa Hotel, es de vital importancia para nosotros ganarnos su confianza. Esta es un responsabilidad que tomamos muy en enserio todos los días, razón por la cual le recomendamos leer el contenido de "Políticas de Reservación y Cancelación" bajo las cuales se rige nuestra empresa.

Todas las tarifas publicadas en nuestra página lavitabellahotelspa.com son tarifas fijas. Es decir, son las tarifas máximas que se cobran por habitación en cualquier periodo del año. Todas nuestras tarifas ya incluyen el IVA, así como el impuesto de Hospedaje.
Todas las tarifas y promociones están sujetos a cambios sin previo aviso. Por este motivo es importante que si desea reservar se comunique con uno de nuestros agentes de reservaciones vía telefónica al 387 761 1145 o 333 477 9477 o bien, a nuestro correo electrónico: lavitabella@live.com.mx para recibir mayores informes sobre tipos de habitaciones, precios y promociones disponibles.
Para hacer su reservación es necesario el pago del 50% del costo total de su estancia. El pago se puede realizar a través de depósito o transferencia a nuestra cuenta.
En caso de hacer una transferencia para una reservación de hotel, debe enviarnos comprobante de la transferencia por WhatsApp 333 477 9477 en el transcurso de 3 horas a partir de haber recibido los datos de su reserva por WhatsApp. Si no hemos recibido copia de la transferencia en 3 horas, se cancelará su reserva y quedará sujeta a disponibilidad.
Todas las habitaciones están sujetas a disponibilidad a menos que el huésped haya garantizado su reservación haciendo un depósito o transferencia. Mientras dicho requisito no haya sido cumplido las habitaciones estarán disponibles para su venta y los precios sujetas a cambios sin previo aviso.
Para garantizar una habitación, las opciones de pago son exclusivamente las que se indican a continuación: depósito o Transferencia Bancaria.
Solo se consideran garantizadas las reservaciones cuyo cargo haya sido completado.
Cualquier reservación, sin importar el tiempo de anticipación de cuando se realizó la reservación, será basada en las políticas vigentes de reservación y cancelación.
Le recomendamos a todas las personas interesadas en reservar habitaciones que lean con especial cuidado la sección corrrespondiente a Políticas de Cancelación antes de proceder a reservar su habitación.

garantizar costo y disponibilidad.

Para poder confirmar su reserva, es necesario que realice el 50% del pago total de la estancia, el cual le indicará uno de nuestros agentes de reservaciones.

Cuenta con 3 horas para realizar la transferencia y poder confirmar la reservación.

De otra manera, expira su reservación, se desbloquea del sistema y tienes que hablar de nuevo para volver a reservar y checar si hay disponibilidad.

Al completarse el proceso de reservación, tanto el huésped como La VitaBella Soul Spa Hotel se comprometen a cumplir con el reglamento interno del hotel; así como a respetar y actuar en conformidad con lo expresado en nuestras Políticas de Reservación y Cancelación.
La Vita Bella Soul Spa Hotel se deslinda de responsabilidades en el supuesto caso de que se presenten malentendidos por parte del huésped causados porque este último haya omitido leer con detenimiento este documento. Esta es información detallada que proporcionamos a todos los huéspedes en el momento que se les confirma su reservación.

If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, immediately contact one of our reservation agents by phone or email. We suggest you consult the Cancellation Policies section of La VitaBella Soul Spa Hotel before contacting us.

The client also has the option to modify the date of their reservation WITHOUT SUFFERING PENALTIES, as long as they contact us by phone or email AT LEAST TWO DAYS BEFORE THE DATE ON WHICH YOUR RESERVATION WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED so that we can make the relevant changes. Any cancellation or modification must be confirmed by the hotel electronically for it to be considered valid. **Subject to availability.
All reservations may be modified without EXTRA CHARGE AS LONG AS THE GUEST MAKES IT KNOWN TO THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT IN ADVANCE. **Subject to availability.
Refunds are not handled.
If they do not arrive or request an exchange, they will lose the advance payment.

Important notes

All modifications related to changes in dates, room type or number of rooms must be requested in advance.
The new reservation date must not exceed 3 months after the originally reserved date and cannot be modified more than once.
Any change will be subject to availability. Check with our agents if there are rooms available for the date you are interested in.
Does not apply in high season, holidays and weekends.

Spa Services
You are asked to Check In 30 minutes before your therapy at the Reception and if you are a guest, show up 15 minutes before it. in order to start
punctually, otherwise the time of your therapy will be shortened with the full charge for the treatment. If you do not show up, there will be no refund of payment.
• Before starting any treatment you should inform your therapist if you suffer from any muscle discomfort. To do this, you must fill out a medical history in advance at the reception and give it to the therapist before starting your treatment.

• External visitors are not allowed in the rooms and in the Spa area.
• For your own benefit and that of other guests, unnecessary noise, including music, should be avoided.
• All treatments require prior reservation subject to availability.

Cancellation policy
Free of charge, it is necessary to do them 24 hours before the treatment. A 50% charge will be generated 12 Hrs before treatment. If you cancel 6 hours before the pampering, a 100% charge will be generated..
• If you exhibit lewd or degrading behavior, your therapy will be terminated and you will have to leave the facilities without any refund.
• By showing up late for your Therapy, you will shorten the duration of the Therapy.
YOU ARE ASKED NOT TO WEAR JEWELRY AND/OR ACCESSORIES TO THE THERAPY. (LA VITABELLA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT, FORGOTTEN OR LOSS)
• You are asked not to eat food 1 HOUR before the treatment. Take a shower before entering your therapy.
THE THERAPY WILL NOT BE CARRIED OUT IF YOU ARE UNDER THE EFFECTS OF THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR ANY NARCOTIC DRUGS. (THERE WILL BE NO REFUND)
